Basilian armchairs in bamboo and leather, designed in the early 1970s by Afra and Tobia Scarpa for B&B Italia's Compagnia delle Filippine division. The structure is built from bamboo panels with a woven lattice of leather strips, the construction that gives the series its decorative effect. Low and wide at 66cm high, they read as lounge seating for a living room or a sunroom.
