Upholstery
Along an entry wall, at the foot of a bed or pulled into a living area, this hand-carved upholstered wood bench gives the room a generous place to sit while keeping the eye engaged through the contrast between its cushioned top and deeply worked sapele base. The seat stretches lightly across the supports, creating a sense of lift above wood whose carved surface carries the visible trace of repeated handwork. That combination makes the bench useful in several different ways, from pausing to put on shoes to reading, working or adding extra seating when people gather.

Care

• Dust hard surfaces with a soft, dry cloth and vacuum upholstery on a low setting.
• Avoid leaving wet containers or objects on the surface for prolonged periods. Avoid using harsh biological or chemical cleaning products, as they may compromise the protective Osmo Top Oil finish over time.
• For regular cleaning, a soft damp cloth is sufficient to keep the surface clean.
