Visible joinery gives the Dovetail Console its personality, treating the meeting of timber pieces as a decorative detail rather than something to conceal. A heavy upper section stretches across two widely spaced supports, leaving a broad display surface above and generous open space below. Flared angular legs give the design a more animated stance, bringing tension to an otherwise straightforward arrangement of solid timber planes. Along a hallway wall or beneath artwork, it holds objects without closing off the space around it.
