Pair of vintage wall sconces in chocolate lacquered ABS by Gae Aulenti, edited by Stilnovo, made in Italy in 1970. Each is a deep glossy cup that bends down into a curved elbow joined to a round wall plate. The open top casts light up the wall, and the lacquer holds a deep brown shine. Compact in scale, the pair suits a hallway, a bedside or either side of a mirror.
