A pair of sculptural Murano glass sconces by Archimede Seguso for Seguso Vetri d'Arte, late 1930s, their thick hand-blown bowls opening outward like a flower in bloom.

Deep vertical ribs end in rounded lobes, and when lit each rib behaves as a lens, casting alternating bands of light and shadow across the wall. Original patinated brass mounts; rewired to US standards.

Suited to a dining room or a wide entry.
