Sales and Returns

All Sales Are Final: Please note that all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item is received damaged or not as described in the photos.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match the description or photos, please contact us immediately at sales@Claudehome.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damage or discrepancy, along with your order details, so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Return Process and Shipping Responsibilities

Return Shipping Responsibility: Claude Home is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return. We will not issue a refund or replacement for items that are not received within 14 days of issuing the return label. If your return item is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, we are unable to replace the item or issue a refund.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

Return Timeframe: All returns must be initiated and returned within 14 days of receiving the return label. Failure to meet this timeframe will result in the return being denied.
Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellations: Requests for cancellations must be made within 72 hours of placing an order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted, especially once components for your order have been obtained or the production process has begun.

Changes to Orders: Amendments or adjustments to an order can only be made within 72 hours of order placement. After this window, no changes can be made, and cancellations will not be possible.

Delays & Mistakes: We are not liable for delays, mistakes, or duplicates. No reimbursements will be offered in the event of such issues.
Refused Deliveries
If you decide to decline the delivery of any items from Claude Home, please note that you may be responsible for covering any additional costs. This includes, but is not limited to, return shipping, restocking, and fees related to rescheduling delivery attempts.

Price Adjustments: If you make a purchase within 7 days of a promotion, we offer a price adjustment for full-priced items that were not previously discounted. The price difference, before taxes, will be issued as store credit.
