Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online ecommerce platform that allows us to sell products and services to you.

    By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Claude Home does not store full credit card numbers.

We reserve the right to collect payment at the time of purchase, at the time of shipment, or in accordance with any stated payment schedule for made-to-order or special-order items.

  1. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss
    Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, customs, supply chain delays, or other events outside our control.

Unless otherwise required by law, risk of loss and title for items purchased from our site pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.

  1. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
    Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Returns Policy (posted on our website and incorporated into these Terms by reference). In the event of any conflict, the Returns Policy will control for return-related issues.

  2. Promotions, Gift Cards, and Discount Codes
