All shipping charges include handling, order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation of your items. Small Items
For in-stock items, we understand that time is of the essence when furnishing your space. All in-stock small items are set to ship within 2-5 business days after the order is placed, depending on inventory and order volume. We take great care to ensure that each item is securely packaged to maintain its integrity during transit, so you can expect your order to arrive in pristine condition.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your home. Domestic orders will typically arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping, while international orders may take up to 10-15 business days depending on the destination.
Oversized Furniture Items
For our signature, oversized furniture pieces, the shipping process is a bit different to accommodate the special handling required. All oversized furniture items are shipped via freight services to ensure the safe transport of these large, delicate pieces. Due to their size and nature, these items have a longer lead time than smaller items, and the delivery time will vary based on your location, including the state and country of delivery.
In most cases, we will provide you with an estimated delivery window once the item ships, though please note that delays can occur due to freight schedules and destination-specific factors. For domestic orders, you can expect to receive your item within 2-4 weeks, and for international deliveries, it may take 4-6 weeks. Rest assured, our freight partners are experienced with handling luxury furniture and will ensure a seamless delivery experience.
Made-to-Order Items
At Claude Home, many of our most exclusive and sought-after pieces are made to order, crafted with precision and attention to detail by skilled artisans. The lead time for these made-to-order items varies depending on the complexity of the design and the production schedule.
Once production is completed, the item will be shipped directly to you. For domestic orders, you can expect 2-10 business days for delivery once the item ships. International orders may take 10-20 business days, depending on the location and shipping method. We highly recommend coordinating with our customer service team if you need a more precise delivery estimate for a specific item.
Each made-to-order piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure that it meets our high standards. Whether it’s a custom-designed sofa, a handcrafted dining table, or a unique statement piece, you can trust that every item will arrive beautifully and in perfect condition.
White Glove Delivery Service (For Furniture)
For select high-end furniture items, we also offer White Glove Delivery service. This service includes not only delivery but also in-home assembly and placement of the furniture in your desired location. Our professional delivery team will work with you to ensure your new piece is set up exactly as you envision. This premium service provides peace of mind, particularly for larger and more delicate items.
