True to its name, the Molten Vessel is wrapped in a high-gloss glaze that seems to drip and flow down its surface like cooling lava, pooling into rich, layered tones with a tortoiseshell-like depth. Its tall, ovoid body tapers gracefully toward the foot and rises to a short neck with a neatly rolled lip. Every streak and drip is a record of the kiln, so no two pieces are ever alike. It’s a commanding statement on a plinth, console or entry table, beautiful on its own or with a few dramatic branches. A Design by Cameron Elizabeth Studio.
