Pair of vintage side tables in off white lacquered wood by Kazuhide Takahama, from the Gea model edited by Gavina, made in Italy in 1961. Each table is a drum formed from two curved panels that part at one side, with a round top and a low shelf below. The lacquer is smooth and pale, and the raised edge at the back holds the top like a shallow tray. Compact in scale, the pair suits either side of a sofa or a bed.
