Dating to the late 1930s and Carlo Scarpa's formative years at Venini, this exceptionally rare service comprises one monumental pitcher and four matching champagne flutes, each hand blown and decorated with Reticello patterning and suspended gold leaf. Fine white canes trace a delicate lattice through the transparent glass, shifting between linear rhythm and diamond lattice depending on the light. The pitcher's elegant ovoid body and gracefully curved handle set the tone for the flutes, their sculptural stems and circular feet each carrying unique gold leaf inclusions. A remarkable surviving ensemble from one of Murano's most significant periods, balancing crisp geometry against the quiet warmth of gold.
