A large pair of reticello Murano glass sconces by Carlo Scarpa for Venini, 1940s, the hemispherical bowls hand-blown with fine lattimo threads crossing into a precise diamond lattice.

The generous scale gives them real sculptural weight against the angular folded-brass mounts. Original patina preserved; rewired to US standards.

They hold a dining room wall, a hallway, or either side of a fireplace.
