Set of six vintage 615 chairs in birch and woven rattan by Aino Aalto, edited by Artek and made in Finland in 1940. Each chair has a slim birch frame on four legs, with a woven rattan seat and a woven rattan back panel between the rear posts. The weave is close and even, in a pale honey tone against the lighter birch. Slim and upright in scale, the set suits a dining room or a kitchen table.
