Classic figures, nude and partially draped, move through foliage in a sketched line that keeps a decorative tradition from reading as pastiche. Papier describes Sisters as the invented story of the three Marais sisters, who lived in a small seaside village on the West Coast of South Africa, and the pattern carries that narrative quality rather than a straight repeat. It belongs to the Vanitas collection, where the symbolism and decadence of past eras are treated as source material. Printed in the Netherlands on a matte non-woven substrate and supplied as a panel set cut to a finished height, so a wall is covered in a fixed number of drops rather than measured off a continuous roll. Available in three colorways.

Care

• Dust the surface gently with a dry, soft cloth.
• Spot clean marks with a barely damp cloth and blot dry straight away. Do not rub.
• Do not use household cleaners, solvents or abrasive sponges.
• Keep the wall dry. Standing moisture and steam will lift the seams over time.
• Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which will fade the print.
